INGREDIENTS
 1 egg
 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
 ¼ teaspoon italian seasoning
 ½ cup mozzarella cheese
 2 tablespoon pepperoni, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat waffle maker to medium high heat.

Whisk together egg, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce and italian seasoning.

Pour chaffle mixture into the center of the waffle iron.Put the pepperoni on top of the mixture.Close the waffle maker and let cook for 3-5 minutes or until waffle is golden brown and set.

Remove chaffle from the waffle maker and serve.
