 ½ cup Coconut Aminos
 1 tsp Sesame Oil
 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
 ½ tbsp Minced Garlic
 5 drops Liquid Stevia
 2 tbsp Ginger Juice
 ½ cup Vegetable Broth
 1 tbsp Arrowroot Starch
 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
 4 oz Extra Firm Tofu Cubes
 1 cup Raw Broccoli Florets
 1 cup Bell Pepper Slices
 ⅓ cup Bamboo Shoots
 2 cups Frozen Riced Cauliflower
 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, coconut aminos, minced garlic, ginger juice, vegetable broth, liquid stevia, and tapioca starch.

Heat avocado oil in a pan on medium heat. Add tofu and brown slightly on all sides.

Add broccoli, bell pepper, and bamboo shoots and cook on medium low heat for about 10 minutes or until veggies are fork tender.

Add stir fry sauce and stir to coat veggies. Cook for 3-5 more minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring frequently.

Prepare cauliflower rice to package instructions.

Top with stir fry and sesame seeds as garnish.
